What's your roadmap — what's coming, and how do you decide what to build?

Updates ship weekly. The brand stance is "we ship in public, milestones not promises" — features land when they're ready, not on dated marketing roadmaps. The capability state of every feature is published with NOW (live in production), LIVE+ (actively shipping), and NEXT (in active development) framing. What's in active development today: expanded ELIAS AI capabilities (drafting, summarizing, configuring on your behalf — shipping incrementally every week), REST API Phase 1 (Q2 2026), REST API Phase 2 (Q3 2026), the soon-to-be-delivered roles → granular permissions transition, AdjusterIQ workspace expansion, and ACORD XML output for Lloyd's bordereaux electronic data transfer.

What ships every week

ELIAS AI capability ships continuously. The Trust Center carries the current operational state, and customers can ask ELIAS in the dashboard "what's new this week" to see the latest changes. The cadence is rolling, not quarterly — features land when they're ready, not when a launch event is scheduled.

Capability state framework

Every feature on the platform has a published state:

  • NOW — live in production. The full Evolve Legacy interface, the Evolve dashboard, ELIAS AI as a knowledge source (in the dashboard, in support, on the website as Concierge), the 22-method SOAP API, all 13 named integration bridges available as add-ons, the TPA Module add-on, CrossTrac, the Personnel Manager, mobile access, the customer portal, the published Trust Center.

  • LIVE+ — actively shipping. Expanded ELIAS AI capabilities (action-taking — drafting, summarizing, configuring on your behalf), REST API Phase 1 (Q2 2026), REST API Phase 2 (Q3 2026), the soon-to-be-delivered roles → granular permissions transition.

  • NEXT — on the roadmap, in active development. Deeper AdjusterIQ integration with Evolve. ACORD XML output for Lloyd's bordereaux electronic data transfer (Excel and CSV are live today).

If a feature is described as ELIAS AI taking action on your behalf and it's not on the NOW list, treat it as LIVE+ at best. The honest current state of ELIAS AI is that it guides, answers, and explains; it does not yet act.

How "ship in public, milestones not promises" works

A few specific commitments that shape the roadmap:

No dated launch promises beyond what's already published. The REST API Phase 1 and Phase 2 dates are published because they're committed. Beyond those, we don't publish quarterly roadmaps with feature names and dates. Features ship when they're ready. The Trust Center is the source of truth.

Customer outcomes drive the queue. What ships next is determined by what customer operations need most — measured through ELIAS AI's question logs, the support ticket queue, and the demo conversations.

The Foundation governs the AI roadmap. The Certified Integrity Standard published by the Ark Alliance Foundation governs how ELIAS AI is built. New AI capabilities are subject to CIS validation and the Ark Alliance Attribution Model. A capability that can't pass CIS validation doesn't ship to production until it can.

What we don't put on the roadmap

  • Customer-data-trained proprietary AI models. Building a proprietary Evolution Global model on aggregated Evolve claim data would inherit the industry's two-decade Integrity Deficit. We use commercial models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google under enterprise Zero Data Retention agreements instead.

  • Autonomous claim-affecting actions without human review. Every claim-affecting decision passes through a licensed adjuster's review. That's structural.

  • Black-box AI features. Every ELIAS AI output records Origin, Executor, Authority. If we can't show the attribution chain, we don't ship the feature.
