Every FileTrac tier ships with the same platform — claims management, billing, reports, alerts, the Personnel Manager, communications, CrossTrac, mobile, the customer portal, the 22-method SOAP API, and ELIAS AI inside the FileTrac Evolve dashboard as your in-system knowledge guide. What scales by tier is volume — claims and appraisals per month, document storage, user count, and support level. What is not included is the TPA Module and specific integration bridges (HOVER, XactAnalysis, Symbility, etc.), which are paid add-ons activated per integration. Customers receive two bills each month — subscription on the first, usage in arrears for the prior month.
What's included on the platform at every tier
Every tier from Grow ($250/month) through Enterprise Plus ($10,000/month) ships with the same set of platform capabilities. There is no enterprise paywall on core function, and there is no module unlocking by tier:
Claims Management — end-to-end claim lifecycle from intake through close. Status workflows, document management, multi-location support, storm and CAT management, color coding.
Billing & Finance — full invoice lifecycle, adjuster payouts, AR aging, fee schedules, and the QuickBooks and NetSuite export tooling.
Reports — over 100 built-in reports across seven categories: management, accounting, adjuster, claims, custom-built, financial / TPA, and other. Plus a custom report builder for anything not in the catalog.
Alerts & Dashboard — review queue, pending assignments, workload visibility, branch-wide visibility, diary reminders.
Personnel Manager — certifications, license tracking, geographic assignment, workload balance. Foundation for AdjusterIQ.
CrossTrac — the only inter-organization claim bridge in the industry, included in every tier.
Communications — acknowledgment letters, loss notices, email delivery, SMS text alerts, customer portal.
Mobile access — full claim access from any device.
22-method SOAP API — included for custom integration work.
ELIAS AI in the dashboard — your in-system knowledge guide today, answering questions and pointing you to the right module or setting. Action-taking ELIAS AI capabilities (drafting, summarizing, configuring on your behalf) are in active development and ship weekly.
What scales by tier
The tier sets four things, all published on the pricing page:
Scales with tier | Range across tiers |
Monthly included claims and appraisals | 20/40 combo (Grow) up to 4,000/8,000 combo (Enterprise Plus) |
Per-claim rate beyond the included allowance | $12.50/claim (Grow) down to $2.50/claim (Enterprise Plus) |
Document storage included | 0 GB (Grow) up to 1,500 GB (Enterprise Plus) |
Users included | 5 (Grow) up to 150 (Enterprise Plus) |
Support plan | Basic / Business / Enterprise |
Per-appraisal rates are exactly half the per-claim rate at every tier — $6.25 per appraisal at Grow down to $1.50 at Enterprise Plus.
What is NOT included — paid add-ons
The following are not bundled into any tier. Customers activate the ones they actually use and pay the published rates. The platform supports them; activation is a customer-by-customer decision.
TPA Module
For organizations running TPA workflows. $250 one-time setup plus $200 per month, flat — regardless of TPA volume. Includes the six financial controls (contracts and treaties, reserve management, claim shares, authority levels, checkbook management, role-based reporting access control), Lloyd's bordereaux reporting tooling, and the Bordereau & Management Information Builder. Available at any base tier. Not bundled by default.
Integration bridges
Activated per integration. The platform supports them; pay only for the ones you turn on:
Integration | One-time setup | Per-claim fee |
XactAnalysis Bridge | $3,000 | $2.50 |
Symbility Bridge | $1,500 | $1.00 |
HOVER Integration | $0 | $1.00 |
Existing integrations or bridges | $500 | $1.00 |
New integrations or bridges | Quote | Quote |
The 22-method SOAP API is included with the platform.
Additional FileTrac systems
For multi-entity organizations needing more than one tenant: flat $250 per month per additional system. Usage rolls into your primary subscription's claim and appraisal allowance — a single allowance covers all of your systems.
Volume-related charges (usage above your tier)
Billed on the separate usage bill in arrears for the prior month:
Active users beyond your tier allowance — $0.15 per active user per month. An "active user" is anyone who logs in during the billing month, regardless of how many times.
Document storage beyond your tier allowance — $0.15 per GB per month.
Text messages — $0.02 per text. No monthly fee, regardless of carrier.
Claims and appraisals beyond your tier allowance — billed at the published per-unit rate for your tier.
Customizations (rarely needed; recommended only after learning standard workflows)
The platform's built-in functionality covers the vast majority of operational needs. Customizations are available if you genuinely need them, but most customers never do. Pricing if you do:
Acknowledgement letter customization — $250 (Basic plan, text and minor format changes).
Invoice template customization — $250 (Basic plan).
Custom standard report — $500 (Business plan) or $400 (Enterprise plan), flat.
Custom complex report — $1,000 (Business plan) or $800 (Enterprise plan), flat.
Custom enterprise report — quoted per scope (Enterprise plan).
Development hours — $200/hour (Business plan) or $150/hour (Enterprise plan, design fee included).
Training — $100/hour, 1-hour minimum then 15-minute increments. Enterprise plan includes 10 hours annually.
Custom webinar — $150/hour for prep and delivery (Business plan, max 25 users).
Onsite training — $750 per day plus reasonable travel (Enterprise plan).
Azure Data Factory (defined system data feed) — $100 per system per month, plus Azure costs.
Azure Data Factory support — $200 per hour.
How to model your monthly bill
The honest way to model what you'd pay:
Pick your tier based on your monthly claim volume. The published tier table makes this obvious.
Add overages: claims/appraisals above the included allowance × per-unit rate, storage above your allowance × $0.15/GB, active users above your tier allowance × $0.15.
Add the TPA Module if you run TPA workflows ($250 setup + $200/mo flat).
Add the integrations you'll actually use (setup fees once, per-claim fees ongoing).
Skip customizations at sign-up. Learn the platform first; the built-in workflows cover most use cases.
Annual billing applied at any tier credits one month against the year — pay upfront for twelve months, get the thirteenth at no charge.
Why every fee is published
The pricing page is built around the principle that every number a prospect would need to make an informed decision is on the website before any sales conversation happens. There are no asterisks, no "contact us for pricing," no information that surfaces only after you sign an MSA. The integration bridge fees, the per-claim rates, the active-user fee, the support-plan line items — all of it is publicly published and stays current with each pricing revision.
