ELIAS AI today is a knowledge source — it answers questions, explains workflows, and points users to the right module or setting. Three forms of access: ELIAS Concierge on the website (for prospects), ELIAS AI in the dashboard (for customers in FileTrac Evolve), and ELIAS AI in support. Action-taking capabilities — drafting documents, summarizing claim files, generating estimates, building configurations on your behalf — are in active development and ship weekly.
Three forms today, all knowledge source
ELIAS Concierge on the website handles prospect questions about pricing, the four-layer architecture, the TPA Module, integrations, and the Foundation. ELIAS AI in the dashboard helps customers find settings, understand workflows, and locate features inside FileTrac Evolve. ELIAS AI in support fields customer questions through the support channel.
What ELIAS does not yet do
ELIAS does not currently draft documents, summarize claim files, build configurations, generate estimates, transcribe voice notes, or take any action that affects a claim record without licensed adjuster review. Those capabilities are in active development and ship weekly.
The Ark Alliance Attribution Model
Every ELIAS action records Origin (who initiated), Executor (which AI model carried it out), and Authority (who is accountable). Logged in a tamper-evident chain.
Four levels of AI involvement
Manual — adjuster does the work; ELIAS stands ready when asked. Current state.
Instructed — adjuster directs; ELIAS executes within explicit confirmation. Active development.
Delegated — ELIAS operates within rules the adjuster has approved. NEXT.
Automated — routine, low-risk tasks handled end-to-end. NEXT.
Every level is reversible.
Model providers and Zero Data Retention
Built on Claude as primary, with OpenAI and Google as backups. All three under enterprise Zero Data Retention agreements. ZDR contractually means data is not retained, not logged, and not used to train models. Contractual, not a setting.
Governance under the Certified Integrity Standard
The Certified Integrity Standard (CIS) is published by the Ark Alliance Foundation. CIS v1.0 covers residential roofing claims. Every CIS-validated output records pricing checked against verified sources, local code verified, AI model version logged, transparency narrative generated, and an audit log queryable by carrier, regulator, or policyholder. SHA-256 hash locks the file.
The Foundation is structurally independent — Evolution Global founded it, pledged 10% of revenue in perpetuity, and is structurally locked out of controlling it.
Why human-in-the-loop is structural
No claim-affecting decision closes without a human reviewing it. ELIAS makes honest adjusters better; it does not replace them.
