What does the Ark Alliance Foundation have to do with FileTrac as a product I'm considering?

Coming Soon — The Ark Alliance Foundation is in development and not yet available in production.

The Ark Alliance Foundation is the independent 501(c)(3) standards body that governs claims-data integrity and AI behavior inside FileTrac. Evolution Global founded it, gave it ten percent of revenue in perpetuity, and locked itself out of controlling it. For a customer, that translates to a defensible audit trail, governed AI, and a written promise the company cannot quietly walk back.

The short version

The Foundation is not a marketing program. It is a Texas nonprofit corporation under Texas Business Organizations Code Chapter 22 with federal 501(c)(3) status. Its founding membership is held by a Texas Purpose Trust under Texas Property Code §112.121–123 — a structure built so the mission cannot be sold, merged, commercialized, or amended away. Evolution Global founded the Foundation, funds it with a perpetual ten-percent-of-revenue pledge, and is the first Ark-Certified company in the world. The Foundation publishes the rules; Evolution Global lives by them; and the rules apply to every product the company ships, including FileTrac.

Why it exists

Two converging crises in P&C insurance.

The Integrity Deficit. For roughly two decades, claims data has been systematically suppressed — the industry calls it "the Scrub." Estimates were written down, the reduced numbers became the benchmark, the benchmark got reinforced, and the historical record drifted away from reality. The last decade of AI training data in this industry is built on top of that drift. Without intervention, AI in insurance does not solve the integrity problem — it automates it.

The Silver Tsunami. A generation of master adjusters retired or walked away during and after the pandemic. The institutional knowledge of how to inspect a roof, read a complex policy, and handle a total loss with integrity went with them. The next generation enters with fewer mentors, less institutional memory, and less trust than at any point in modern history.

A new for-profit vendor cannot fix either crisis on its own. A standards body that outlives its commercial pressures can. So Evolution Global built one and gave it away on purpose.

What the Foundation does, concretely

Four pillars. Each one connects directly to a feature you would touch in FileTrac.

The Certified Integrity Standard (CIS). A rules-based framework — published, not a black box. Version 1.0 covers residential roofing claims, where suppression volume is highest. Each rule is documented; each rationale is published; each validation is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail. Inside FileTrac Evolve, ELIAS AI runs CIS validation on every output: pricing checked against real-time verified sources, local code and jurisdictional requirements verified, AI model version logged, plain-language transparency narrative generated, audit log queryable by carrier, regulator, or policyholder.

The Golden Record. A clean, CIS-validated benchmark database — built one validated claim at a time, scrubbed of nothing, governed by the Foundation. Every CIS-passed file from FileTrac contributes. Access requires Foundation approval. The Golden Record cannot be licensed, sold, or acquired by a commercial entity. It is the benchmark the industry should have had twenty years ago.

The Sovereign Adjuster credential. A professional record earned through CIS-validated work in AdjusterIQ. Licensing, certifications, work history, peer endorsements, and the actual track record of files the adjuster has produced. When an adjuster moves firms, the credential moves with them. When an adjuster retires, the work they did remains part of the Golden Record for the next generation.

Education. Free charitable education on two fronts: for policyholders (understanding policy rights and what a fair claim looks like) and for the next generation (high school seniors and career-changers introduced to the profession with a path to licensing and mentorship). Funded by the Foundation. Taught through ELIAS AI under arm's-length licensing.

The seven governing principles

These are written into the Foundation's governing documents and cannot be amended by a commercial partner, overridden by a sponsor, or softened by the board.

I. Truth — the standard reflects material reality, not commercial convenience.
II. Transparency — every rule, every rationale, every validation is public.
III. Independence — the Foundation answers to no carrier, vendor, or platform, including Evolution Global.
IV. All Ships Rise Together — integrity is a floor the industry stands on, not a competitive advantage to hoard.
V. Real Integrity Is When No One Is Looking — the standard is enforced the same way on the hundred-thousand-dollar claim and the four-hundred-dollar one.
VI. The Next Generation Is the Mission — every decision is weighed against the adjuster who isn't in the room yet.
VII. AI Must Serve Justice, Not Convenience — AI in this industry will either rebuild trust or finish destroying it.

Why this matters when you're evaluating FileTrac

Three things, in order of practical impact for a prospect evaluating the platform.

Defensible audit trail by design. Every CIS-validated claim in FileTrac Evolve carries an immutable log of pricing source, code verification, AI model version, transparency narrative, and a SHA-256 hash that locks the file. When a carrier's regulator or auditor asks "show me how this claim was handled," the answer is one report — not a reconstruction.

Governed AI, not a black box. ELIAS AI operates under the Ark Alliance Attribution Model: every action records Origin (who initiated it), Executor (who carried it out), and Authority (who is accountable for the result). Every output requires licensed adjuster review before affecting a claim record. Customer data is never used to train Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google models — and that is a contractual obligation under enterprise Zero Data Retention agreements, not a setting that can be flipped.

Structural permanence. The Foundation cannot be acquired, the standard cannot be amended away, and the ten-percent revenue pledge is in perpetuity. If Evolution Global is ever no longer worthy of carrying the mission, the mission survives the company. For a carrier evaluating a long-term technology partner, that is the kind of structural commitment that does not exist in a typical vendor MSA.
