Evolution Global is the insurance technology company that builds and operates FileTrac, ELIAS AI, AdjusterIQ, Conversation Insurance, and iQnect Events — and the founding partner of the independent Ark Alliance Foundation. A twenty-year claims-software bet, rebuilt for the AI era around a published integrity standard.

Evolution Global is a Texas-headquartered InsurTech company that began in 2005 as Online Reporting, Inc. and was renamed Evolution Global in 2023. That is the corporate record. The reason it matters is the second sentence: there are not many software vendors in this industry whose origin story starts with "we built one from the inside out."

The team that started Online Reporting in 2005 came out of independent adjusting. They had spent years inside firms drowning in paper, email threads, and software built either for carriers and forced to fit, or for generic service businesses and forced to adapt. Neither worked. So they built one from the inside — designed for the way adjusting firms actually operate.

That product became FileTrac. Over the next two decades it grew into the system of record for a substantial share of the North American IA firm market. Twenty-five-plus million claims have moved through it. Customer retention sits above 95% over more than a decade. The company is still run by the same team that answered support tickets at midnight when a firm was trying to close books before a storm.

In 2023, the company renamed to Evolution Global and re-scoped the work. FileTrac stayed. The ambition widened: rebuild the layer underneath FileTrac for the AI era. Governed AI. A professional home for adjusters. A conversation space for the industry. A standards body, independent from the company, to make sure what was built could not be bent back toward the practices the team was trying to leave behind.

Three structural commitments that are unusual for an InsurTech company.

The Foundation, not the company, owns the standard. The Ark Alliance Foundation is a Texas nonprofit corporation under Texas Business Organizations Code Chapter 22, with federal 501(c)(3) status. Its sole founding membership is held by a Texas Purpose Trust under Texas Property Code §112.121–123. The trust's purpose is to hold the membership in perpetuity and ensure the charitable mission cannot be altered, sold, merged away, or commercialized. The Foundation publishes the Certified Integrity Standard. Evolution Global builds products to it. Evolution Global does not control it. The advisory board is majority-independent, and even the founder cannot bend it.

Ten percent of revenue, in perpetuity, to the Foundation. This is a structural commitment, written into how the company operates. The more successful FileTrac, ELIAS AI, and AdjusterIQ become, the more resources flow to the Foundation, the stronger the standard gets. It is audited, published annually, and directed by the Foundation's board — not by Evolution Global. The company does not get to decide what the Foundation spends the money on. That is the point.

Ark-Certified Company No. 001, certified against its own published standard. Evolution Global is the first Ark-Certified company in the world. SOC 2 Type II audit window in H2 2026, ISO 42001 active for AI management, NIST AI RMF mapped and operational, GDPR / CCPA / CPRA compliant, Zero Data Retention agreements active across Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. CIS v1.0 enforced across every product the company ships. No carve-outs, no exceptions, no marketing-only compliance. The proof point is structural: a company asking the industry to trust a standard has to live by it first.

The leadership team has a combined 70-plus years in insurance claims. The company ships in public — milestones, not promises. The pricing is on the website, with full terms. The roadmap is on the website with NOW / LIVE+ / NEXT capability state called out for every feature. The privacy policy lists every subprocessor by name. The Trust Center publishes what is Active, what is In Progress, and what is Planned — not what is "available on request."

The CEO went through partial blindness in 2025 — Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum, ruptured retinal blood vessels — and came back to the work in January 2026 with three convictions: start building, surround the team with people who believe, and prove it on Evolution Global before selling it to anyone else. That third conviction is why Evolution Global is the first Ark-Certified company instead of the first to talk about Ark certification.

Most insurance software vendors hide their pricing, bury their terms, and treat their roadmap as a sales tool. Evolution Global does the opposite. Pricing is published. Terms are published. The capability state of every feature is published. The Foundation that governs the AI is independent and structurally cannot be bought. If a prospect's question is "how do I trust the people writing the software my entire claims operation runs on," the answer here is on the table for inspection — not in a master service agreement that they have to sign before they can read it.
