The Certified Integrity Standard governs how claims data integrity, AI governance, and policyholder protection are enforced inside FileTrac, ELIAS AI, and AdjusterIQ. The Golden Record is the clean, CIS-validated benchmark database the Foundation owns and that adjusters contribute to one validated claim at a time. The Sovereign Adjuster credential is what an individual earns by doing CIS-validated work in AdjusterIQ.
