What are the four products in the Evolution Global ecosystem, and do I need all of them?

Evolution Global operates four products that work together as a four-layer ecosystem — FileTrac (claims management), ELIAS AI (intelligence), AdjusterIQ (the adjuster's workspace), and Conversation Insurance (the professional community).

Evolution Global operates four products that work together as a four-layer ecosystem — FileTrac (claims management), ELIAS AI (intelligence), AdjusterIQ (the adjuster's workspace), and Conversation Insurance (the professional community). Plus iQnect Events. You start with what you need; the layers connect cleanly.

The four layers

Evolution Global is structured around the idea that each stakeholder in a claim — the IA firm, the carrier, the TPA, the policyholder, and the adjuster as an individual — needs their own layer of the platform to work. The four-layer architecture is:

  • FileTrac — the system of record. Twenty-plus years in production, 25 million claims, the foundation under everything else. Where the truth lives.

  • ELIAS AI — the intelligence layer. Document summary, claims search, correspondence drafting, photo analysis, data visualization, all governed by the Certified Integrity Standard. Live inside FileTrac Evolve today and expanding into AdjusterIQ.

  • AdjusterIQ — the adjuster's professional workspace. Identity, licensing, verified work history, the Sovereign Adjuster credential, the Nexus marketplace. In beta today, early access open.

  • Conversation Insurance — the year-round professional community for P&C insurance professionals. Live now; 800-plus founding members.

Plus a fifth piece — iQnect Events — which is the public-launch virtual conference, scheduled for May 2027, where the sovereign adjuster movement steps into the public eye.

Underneath all of them sits the Ark Alliance Foundation — the independent 501(c)(3) standards body that holds the Certified Integrity Standard, the Golden Record, the Sovereign Adjuster credential, and the educational mission. The Foundation is the standards authority. Evolution Global is the operating company. Two pillars, deliberately separate.

Do I need all of them?

No. You start with what you need. Most prospects begin with one layer and add others as the operation grows.

  • An IA firm typically starts with FileTrac. ELIAS AI comes with FileTrac Evolve as part of the platform. AdjusterIQ is for the individual adjusters on the firm's roster — they sign up themselves; the firm doesn't license it for them. Conversation Insurance is free to join. iQnect Events tickets are sold separately.

  • A carrier typically starts with FileTrac plus the CrossTrac bridge for the carrier-to-IA-firm workflow. ELIAS AI is included. AdjusterIQ is for individual adjusters — relevant to the carrier only insofar as carrier staff who are licensed adjusters benefit personally.

  • A TPA typically starts with FileTrac plus the TPA Module. ELIAS AI is included. AdjusterIQ is again for individuals.

  • An individual adjuster can sign up directly for AdjusterIQ and Conversation Insurance, independent of any firm subscription. AdjusterIQ early access is open now; Conversation Insurance has 800-plus founding members already.

The layers are designed to compose. An IA firm running FileTrac whose adjusters also use AdjusterIQ gets a tighter assignment loop, a higher-quality file, and a credential record that follows each adjuster across firms. A carrier whose IA firms have CIS-certified adjusters gets a defensible audit trail on every claim. None of it is mandatory. All of it is intended to fit together.

What each product actually does, in one paragraph

FileTrac. Claims management end-to-end — intake, assignment, inspection, billing, reports, multi-branch, integrations. The system of record. Twenty-plus years in production. NOW.

ELIAS AI. Today's role: a knowledge source and Q&A guide. Live in three forms — ELIAS Concierge on the website (for prospects), ELIAS AI in the dashboard (for customers in FileTrac Evolve), and ELIAS AI in support (for customer questions through the support channel). It answers questions, explains workflows, and points users to the right module or setting. Action-taking capabilities — drafting documents, summarizing claim files, generating estimates, building configurations on your behalf — are in active development and ship weekly. Built on Claude as primary, with OpenAI and Gemini as backups, all under enterprise Zero Data Retention agreements.

AdjusterIQ. The adjuster's professional workspace. Verified licensing across states, certifications, work history, the Sovereign Adjuster credential, the Nexus marketplace, dynamic rostering, and ELIAS AI in the field. BETA — early access is open.

Conversation Insurance. The first professional community built exclusively for P&C insurance professionals. 800-plus founding members. Free to join. Topical spaces — field adjusters, IA firm owners, claims professionals, new to the industry, the War Room (Ark Alliance), the Arsenal (CIS resources). Live today.

iQnect Events. The world's largest virtual adjuster conference. Multi-day. Multi-track. Job fair, recognition, awards, keynotes. May 2027.

Where the Ark Alliance Foundation fits

The Foundation is not a product — it is the standards body the products are built to. The Certified Integrity Standard governs how claims data integrity, AI governance, and policyholder protection are enforced inside FileTrac, ELIAS AI, and AdjusterIQ. The Golden Record is the clean, CIS-validated benchmark database the Foundation owns and that adjusters contribute to one validated claim at a time. The Sovereign Adjuster credential is what an individual earns by doing CIS-validated work in AdjusterIQ. None of these are products you subscribe to — they are what you get when you subscribe to products that the Foundation governs.
