We're ready to get started — what do we do next?

Click the Get Started button on the website, or go directly to https://staging.evolution.global/get-started. That's the path.

Click the Get Started button on the website, or go directly to https://staging.evolution.global/get-started. That's the path. The button takes you through the sign-up flow — account creation, your first organization setup, and subscription activation — and you're in.

What the Get Started page does

The flow walks you through three things in order:

  1. Create your account. Email, name, a password.

  2. Set up your first organization. Your business name, the type of operation you're running (IA firm, TPA, carrier, individual adjuster), and the tier that fits your monthly volume.

  3. Review and activate. Confirm the published price terms — your tier, billing cadence (monthly or annual), the 90-day cancellation notice, the two-bill structure (subscription up front, usage in arrears) — and activate.

Add-ons like the TPA Module and integration bridges are activated separately as part of your account setup, with their published rates applied to your usage bill in arrears.

What's available during sign-up

ELIAS Concierge is on every page of the website, including the Get Started flow. If a question comes up while you're filling out the form — about pricing, what's included at your tier, whether the TPA Module applies to your operation, what happens on day one — ask the Concierge and you'll get an answer in the same window.

What happens after activation

You're in. Your tenant is provisioned, your admin login arrives, and the Evolve dashboard activates with the standard modules ready. The pre-loaded sample workspace is there as a copy-from reference, and ELIAS AI in the dashboard answers questions as you configure your first client. Most customers are running real claims the same day.
