Yes. FileTrac supports thirteen named integration bridges as paid add-ons activated per integration — XactAnalysis Bridge (which connects to Xactimate), Symbility Bridge, HOVER, TORRENT for NFIP flood claims, Verisk, Simsol, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and others. The 22-method SOAP API is included with every tier as the path to building custom integrations against systems we don't have a pre-built bridge for. Every bridge has published setup and per-claim fees so you can model your bill before signing up.

What each major integration is for
Xactimate / XactAnalysis — Xactimate is the dominant property-claim estimating tool in the industry. XactAnalysis is Verisk's claim-management environment that interfaces with Xactimate. The XactAnalysis Bridge moves claim assignments and completed estimates between FileTrac and XactAnalysis bidirectionally — your team works the estimate in Xactimate, and the bridge keeps FileTrac's record up to date.
Symbility — Symbility (now part of CoreLogic) is a competing estimating platform used by some carriers. The Symbility Bridge connects FileTrac to Symbility for the same kind of bidirectional estimate exchange.
HOVER — HOVER provides aerial property measurement and exterior capture from drone or smartphone imagery, returning verified roof / wall / opening measurements that feed into estimates. The HOVER Integration is set up at $0 one-time plus $1.00 per claim used.
TORRENT — The NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program) reporting and claims-administration system. The TORRENT integration is a published "Existing integrations or bridges" line item ($500 setup + $1.00/claim) and includes the NFIP reporting workflow that flood-insurance claims require.
Verisk — connects FileTrac to Verisk's property-data platform for fraud, prior-loss, and risk data.
Simsol — claims estimating tool, with full import / export of Simsol files.
QuickBooks — accounting integration for IA firms running QuickBooks. Adjuster payouts and invoice data sync from FileTrac to QuickBooks.
NetSuite — same workflow for firms running NetSuite as their accounting platform.
iPhone app — FileTrac's mobile app for adjusters in the field.
CrossTrac — the inter-organization claim bridge, used to assign and receive claims between separate FileTrac instances (for example, a carrier assigning to an IA firm). This is included with every tier rather than billed as an integration add-on.
How activation works
When you sign up for FileTrac, the integration bridges you want to use are activated separately at sign-up or any time after. Each one has its own activation process — for some, that's an OAuth-style authentication with the partner platform; for others, it's a credentials exchange and configuration step.
Activation timing is generally fast: same day to a few days for the standard bridges (XactAnalysis, Symbility, HOVER), longer for new integrations that have to be built. A new integration not on the catalog gets a quote during the demo conversation.
What if you use a tool not on the list?
The 22-method SOAP API is included with every tier and is the path to custom integrations. Methods cover claim creation, claim updates, contact and notes management, financial operations (payments, reserves, recoveries), report and document operations, and company / user data. Customers and partners build against the API directly. If you'd rather have us build the bridge, the "New integrations or bridges" line on the pricing page captures that scope ("Quote").
A REST API is in development — Phase 1 ships Q2 2026, Phase 2 Q3 2026 — and will sit alongside the existing SOAP API rather than replacing it.
How integrations show up on your bill
Two ways:
Setup fee is one-time, billed on the next subscription or usage bill after activation.
Per-claim fee is billed monthly on the usage bill (the second bill that's issued for the prior month's actual activity).
Mixing integrations is normal: an IA firm might run XactAnalysis Bridge ($3,000 setup + $2.50/claim) and HOVER ($0 setup + $1.00/claim) and QuickBooks ($500 setup + $1.00/claim) all together. The setup fees hit once at activation; the per-claim fees show up monthly based on actual claim volume processed through each integration.
Why integrations are unbundled
A bundled "all integrations included" tier would force every customer to subsidize integration costs they don't use. The IA firm running on QuickBooks should not pay the cost of the carrier-side integrations they'll never touch. The carrier integrating with XactAnalysis bidirectionally on every claim should not subsidize HOVER usage they don't activate. Pricing each integration individually means every customer's bill reflects what they actually use. The integration setup fee covers the implementation and the partner-platform contract-management cost. The per-claim fee covers the ongoing transactional cost of running that integration in production.
