The Ark Alliance Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization built to protect the integrity of the P&C insurance industry. It sets the standards governing how claims are handled, how adjusters are credentialed, and how AI is used — standards that belong to the industry, not to any company that profits from it.
Evolution Global founded the Ark Alliance Foundation, holds a non-voting seat, and pledges 10% of its revenue to the Foundation in perpetuity. The Foundation is structurally independent by design: its founding membership is held by a Texas Purpose Trust, which ensures the mission cannot be altered, sold, or commercialized by any commercial interest — including Evolution Global.
The Four Pillars
Certified Integrity Standard (CIS) A rules-based, publicly published framework defining what honest, accurate, and accountable claims handling looks like — in both human and AI-assisted contexts. Every rule is documented, every rationale is public, and every validation is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail.
The Golden Record A clean, CIS-validated benchmark database built one honest claim at a time — free from the decades of manipulated historical data that currently corrupts AI models across the industry. Governed by the Foundation. Cannot be licensed, sold, or acquired by any commercial entity.
The Sovereign Adjuster A professional credential earned through CIS-validated work, not self-reported history. Issued by the Foundation through AdjusterIQ. Portable, verified, and owned entirely by the adjuster.
Education Free charitable education for policyholders — helping them understand their policies and rights before they ever need to file a claim — and for the next generation of professionals entering the adjusting profession.
Ark-Certified Companies
Evolution Global is Ark-Certified Company No. 001 — the first company in the world to hold active certification under the CIS framework. Ark-Certified status requires independent third-party audit across four control domains and applies to every product, every policy, and every external commitment the company makes.
