Overview
The Claims Reports category in FileTrac is the largest report group, covering every aspect of claim lifecycle tracking. These reports help you monitor incoming claims, track open workloads, analyze closed claims, review cycle times, and generate claim-level exports for clients and regulators. Whether you need a simple received-claims listing or a detailed statistical breakdown, the reports in this category have you covered.

Tips
Use OPEN Claims Listing by Branch/Adjuster as a daily management dashboard to monitor workload distribution.
Run Closed Claims with Unbilled Time weekly to catch revenue that might otherwise be lost when claims are closed without invoicing.
The Claims Received by Adjuster (Chart) provides the fastest visual read on who is handling the most volume — ideal for standup meetings.
The TPA Recap Report variants are designed for third-party administrator reporting — run them at the intervals your TPA clients require.
