Overview
The Adjuster Reports category in FileTrac provides reports focused on individual adjuster activity, productivity, and workload. These reports help management track diary compliance, monitor production volume, review expenses and mileage, and assess work-in-progress across the adjusting team.
Diary Reports
Adjuster Diary — Shows all diary entries for a selected adjuster, providing a chronological view of their claim activity notes.
Adjuster Diary Aging — Highlights diary entries that are overdue or aging, helping supervisors identify adjusters who may be falling behind on claim follow-ups.
Adjuster Diary List — A list-format view of diary entries filterable by adjuster, date range, and status.
Adjuster Diary Pages — A paginated diary report designed for printing or PDF export.
Adjuster Diary Snapshot — A point-in-time summary of each adjuster's diary state, useful for daily standup reviews or weekly check-ins.
Supervisor Diary List — Aggregates diary entries across all adjusters under a supervisor, giving management a consolidated view of team activity.
Production Reports
Adjuster Production Report — The primary production report showing claims handled, reports submitted, and overall adjuster throughput for a selected period.
Adjuster Production Report V2 (Timelogs/Invoices) — An enhanced version that incorporates timelog hours and invoice amounts alongside claim counts for a more complete productivity picture.
Adjuster Production Report V2.5 — The latest iteration with additional metrics and improved layout.
Expense and Mileage Reports
Adjuster Expense Report — Lists all expenses submitted by an adjuster within a date range, categorized by expense type.
Adjuster Mileage Summary — Summarizes mileage logged by each adjuster for reimbursement tracking and cost analysis.
Adjuster Time Off Report — Tracks time-off entries for scheduling and availability planning.
Work-in-Progress Reports
Unbilled Work-in-Progress (All Services / Hours) — Shows work that has been logged (time entries or services) but not yet billed. Two variants: one showing all service types, one filtered to hourly services only.
Work-in-Progress Reports (Summary) — A summarized view of unbilled work across all adjusters, useful for estimating pending revenue and identifying billing bottlenecks.
Tips
Use Adjuster Diary Aging as a weekly management tool to identify overdue follow-ups before they become compliance issues.
The Production Report V2.5 combines claim counts with financial data — it is the best single report for evaluating adjuster performance holistically.
Run Unbilled Work-in-Progress before month-end to ensure all completed work is invoiced on time.
