With the updating of operating system, browsers, and various other programs that a user may have installed on their computer, the Outlook tool may be incompatible, or these programs may cause interference with the tool making it unusable.
For this, we do recommend using the drag + drop feature within Evolve.
The email and attachments can all be uploaded via this method, and users no longer have to download a separate tool to each of their devices/new computer in order to get their emails uploaded into Evolve.
