Dashboard Tile — ELIAS AI

The ELIAS AI tile on the FileTrac Evolve Dashboard provides direct access to ELIAS AI, the AI assistant for claims professionals.

Overview

The ELIAS AI tile on the FileTrac Evolve Dashboard gives you direct access to ELIAS AI (formerly known as EVO-X, rebranded and redesigned as ELIAS AI), the AI-powered assistant built for claims professionals.

What ELIAS AI Does

ELIAS AI is a conversational AI assistant that lives inside FileTrac Evolve. It helps you work faster by providing natural-language access to your claims data, documents, and common workflows. Key capabilities include:

  • Claims Search — Ask for claims by location, insured name, adjuster, due date, or any combination of criteria using plain language.

  • File Analysis — Upload a document and ask ELIAS AI to summarize it, extract key details, or convert it to Word or PDF format.

  • Data Visualization — Generate charts and graphs from CSV files or claim data directly in the chat.

  • Draft Writing — Draft professional emails, letters, and correspondence with proper formatting and letterhead.

  • Current Events — Get weather and event context relevant to active claims.

  • FileTrac Help — Ask questions about how to use FileTrac features and workflows.

How to Access

There are two ways to reach ELIAS AI from the Dashboard:

  • Tile — Click the ELIAS AI tile to open the full ELIAS AI interface.

  • Side Panel — ELIAS AI also appears as a collapsible left-side panel on the Dashboard itself. Click the panel header to expand it and start a conversation without leaving the Dashboard view.

The side panel includes a text input field with file attachment support, a send button, and pre-built prompt categories to help you get started.

Important Notes

ELIAS AI is a productivity tool, not a replacement for professional judgment. Always verify AI-generated output before using it in formal communications or decisions. For full guidance on accuracy expectations and safe use, see the ELIAS AI — Accuracy, Disclaimers, and Safe Use article.
