Some events can be set up to automatically notify certain users and/or roles via a Blind Copy when a particular email is sent out of the Evolve system on a file they are associated with.

To configure which users and/or roles are bcc'd for a particular event on an associated file:

1. Click on the Settings tab

2. Click on Automated Email Notification (BCC) Setup

3. Mark the box(es) for the triggering event that corresponds to the user/user role that you wish to receive bcc notifications

4. Then click Save Email Options
